RSA closings and cutbacks in public VR

I came across this [ blog posting ] on the declining resources in public rehab at the RSA. How is this impacting Vermont consumers?
The link in the article reports that Joanne Wilson, Commissioner of the Rehab Services Admin. (RSA) resigned under protest on 3/1/08. Ms. Wilson, who is blind, has also been a consumer of RSA’s valuable services.

Only if the group members sign-up for a wordpress.com account. More on this in the posts, below. Email billo for help, questions, comments, if you need it.

It is a Blog. If you’re a VRC in Vermont and you already have a WordPress account, then just let me know and I will register you to the blog as a blog ‘author.’
If you do not, I highly recommend that you visit www.wordpress.com and
create a WordPress account. If you wish, I can do that for you.
Once you are a WordPress member, I will register you to the blog as a blog ‘author’. Authors can create new posts, comment to existing posts.
If you don’t want to register, you will still be able to”comment” on any posts that contributors may create. I have set it up so that your first-ever ‘comment’ will be moderated. Then all of your subsequent comments will instantly go up to the blog.
The old VVRA website currently resides at vvra.netfirms.com.

Welcome to the all new VVRA weblog or ‘blog’. This is a trial to see if this mode of communication will work best. We will be able to link to polls and comment on each others’ posts.
